Bike Background: 2004 xb12r
Open Air box
Crank Case breather mod.
Race ECM
Stock Exhaust mod, gutted and packing inserted.

Connected ecmspy and did a tps reset. Also did a afv reset because the bike was running at 135% I changed it down to 100% but it kept on backfiring through the air box. I then set the afv to 115% and its running a little better still pops here and there while idling.

Also seems like the idle is jumpy. Will go from 1000rpms to 1250rpms but its not a consistent back and forth like a intake leak would cause.

I did a couple of screen shots of ecmspy. Does everything seem to look correct?

Does my EGO correction seem to be way out of place?

Also is it suppose to be running open loop or close loop when it is sitting at idle?

Thanks!

If the bike is warmed up(like yours is), closed loop is correct at low throttle/idle.

fix afv problem first. iat seems not correct too. then adjust fuel in idle area, that you get the same ego correction per row, 95-ish works fine.
