ECM Spy usage

I have heard that ECM spy can be used on a palmpilot, is this true? Is it fairly easy to use? What do I all need to make this work and where do I get it?

Also, if you do a search on the Bad Weather Bikers forum for "Palm" and make it for the last 120 days, you get a lot of good posts concerning the Palm. Hope this helps.
