EEPROM campatibility

I thought I read somewhere that the 2003 models the whole EEPROM could be burned to the ECM. Is this true? My stock EEPROM is a buecb050 and the race is a buecb060. Can I burn the whole race EEPROM to my ECM? I ask because when I just added the race maps to my stock ECM now my fan don't run.

no, although they are of equal size.
different firmware.

Disreguard this, my stock EEPROM was a buecb060 and so was the race map, burned and all is well thank you
