EEprom problem -bike does not run pls help

Hi!
My name is Martin and I am from Sweden! I have just got my cable and ECMspy SW! I got connected. No problem. Fetched the EEPROM to have something to fall back on. Now the Bike hardly does not run! What went wrong? I did not burn the eeprom just fetched it! eeprom version BUEGB231, cal id 75 European.
Could someone please help me? Does anyone have an orgininal eeprom file that I could use? And it would of corse be fun to have a tuned SW as well but first priority is to get the bike to run!

I'm not an ECMSpy Guru but I'll help what I can. Need some more info from you.

Have you checked to make sure all Battery, wire, harness, etc. connections are good and you didn't loosen/cut or leave anything unplugged?
How exactly does the bike act when you say it won't run?

Also, open what you fetched earlier from the bike in one ECMSpy window - And - Fetch what is in your bike now and open in another ECMSpy window. Compare the two and see what is different from the other and let us know.
 
The bike does not start. It fires up sometime and it smells a lot of fuel!
The cold start enrichment value is 196% and it seems really high! Is there someway i can get it down?
I have tried to change the table in"more maps" but if I set the -10 degrees value to 100 istead of 160 as default the enrichment value does not change much.
i have tried to burn a race map that i got, but no change.

I have checked the cables.
Does anyone know what ifluences the cold start enrichment value other that the engine temp?
Can you disconnect the cold start enrichment?

The bike runs!

I changed the battery , but no luck. After changing the spark plugs although they were only a couple of months old, the bike finally runs again, so it had nothing to do with the reading of EEPROM. It was just a coincidence.

Martin, be sure not to go starting the bike and shutting it back down without riding or letting the bike warm up completely at least. Also try not to rip on the motor until it is completely warmed up. This can foul the plugs as well.

The xb's are notorious for fouling plugs this way. I have done it myself before I knew better.
 
It was a little bit sad because i just changed to Iridium sparkplugs for 250 SEK each. Enyone got experience on the Iridium sparkplugs?
