Engine breather connectors/plugs

Does anyone know what part numbers these are and if they'd be a standard HD stock part...

My '08 lightning parts book reads for xb9 & xb12:

17606-00YA GROMMET (2)
17607-00Y PCV VALVE (2)

Were you able to get it out without rotating the engine?

I have not tried yet. I'll be spending some more time in the garage this weekend, i'll find out. Was anybody able to remove them without the rotation? I did read that thread on how to do it and it's a pretty long process for something this simple :///
