Guy I ran into offered me a two-lapper gp-a 190 rear for $80 I have q2 for the front.

Just wondering if that's a good deal and if I should run it with the q2 up front.

Not a bad deal.. They are selling them cheap here new:
RaceTireService
I run 120 D209GP-A MED & 190 D211GP-A MED on my 1125R track set up. These are DOT Race tires and are subject to heat cycling. Using them on the street would have them pretty blue in no time. However a lot of guys around here buy up the race take offs and swear by them. They are very sticky on dry surface. Wet not so much.

Thats what he has is just track take offs from his dunlop sponsor.

I'll buy it and let everyone know how it feels.
