i bought a xb12r and it has a jardine exhaust on it already. can i take the servo out without tripping a code or having any issues?

Or, in the do-it-yourself section there is a small schematic for making your own modulator to trick the computer into thinking it's still there. Or, bvuy the modulator from American Sport Bike. It's pretty easy, and you can save your actuator. Or, turn it off with ECM spy.:D

It's actually called an emulator and from most posts that I've seen, they don't last very long. Use ECMSpy is best route.

When i bought the bike the guy gave me the buell race ecu can i just swap them out and not get a code when i remove the servo?

Yes if you have a race ECM it should already be turned off. I put a race ECM in mine and I don't throw a code

Save your Stocker just in case. The Race EEPROM was specific to the Buell hi-flo air filter and Race exhaust. Still, it's a fairly generic map and whether it solves your stutter depends upon too many variables. The only way would be datalogging so it will be custom mapped to your exact mods, region, climate, etc.

Try the Breather Re-route and the below for helping with the Stutter:

- Curing the Low End Stutter
- Curing the Mid-range Sputtering

put a race ecm on mine took off the servo and it set a code put it back on and the code left
