LOL.... what does he think he is doing and what is he actually doing?

Well that sucks, I'm getting ready to switch back from conventional oil to synthetic after a top end rebuild break in period. I don't want that excess in the mix. I trust you will address this sir rather than delete it please.

WTF... i didn't need to see that. I might have to fire up the bike for a second to get that out. No way I leaving old oil like that.

you'll be very sorry that you did that.
this entire thread is the proverbial "can of worms" that should not be opened and should be deleted.

I'll chime in and say that is the dumbest idea ever.

Mixing a tiny amount of synthetic and natural oil is fine.

Still worried? Flush out the primary with a case of synthetic and the drain plug out... ya that's what I thought you'd say... haha

ROFL... I'm just going to pretend I didn't watch that video. Something happening there but if it don't bother you people why let it bother me.
Hey, I hate to see you go Cooter and congrats on the new EBR. Be safe, get one of those new cool airbag vests, this will take our minds off that oil change video :)

Unwilling to mix conventional with synthetic I'm sorry to say the video was ABSOLUTELY true. I was in need of an oil change today and easily found the extra oil and brother it's a LOT more than seen in that video. Weird but true you are NOT draining all of the oil per the SM procedure.

PM if you want to know an easy way to extract it all. I get we don't promote non-SM procedure tactics but DAM that's too much dirty oil.
