Hey! I think i have figured it out.
He says:

My rim is a Suzie Bullevard with my origanal hub and spokes welded back."
The local Mag repair shop did the mod.
That should mean that he has taken a rear wheel from a suzuki boulevard (M109) and cut of the 18" by 8,5" rim and welded it onto the buellhub and -spokes.
Hmm.. need both a buell and suzie rear wheel to do the operation
