I finally got the chance to ride my 09 XB12R after being in Afghanistan for 9 months and it was awesome!! The bike has a lot of torque and I'm still getting use to the power because this is my first bike. So far I love it!! I love how everyone looks at it and the look on their face when they hear the beast growl!![mad]

Welcome back to the States and thanks for your service! Ride the hell out of it - she'll come back askin' for more every time.

reese: amazing how incredibly beautiful America is and how good we have it after 9 months in that hell-hole, isn't it? thanks for your sacrifices and hang onto that 2009. Buell prices seem to actually be going up a tad now and limited supply of nice clean low-mileage bikes available. you have a keeper, sir.

Thanks for the kind words. I can honestly say there's no place like home!! My bike is stock so I guess it's not growling. Lol. It only has 200 miles. I'm thinking about upgrading the exhaust but I just want to get comfortable with the bike first. I also want a fender eliminator kit. What's the best exhaust to get?

D Adams the guy that posted up top he's got the keda exhaust best you can get for your
