Finally Home...

I just got home from Afghanistan on the 11th... It was nice to come home to an amazing bike waiting for me to take it out.. Since I live in Fayetteville,NC it took a little doing... After clearing off a thick layer of pollen and giving her the once over I fired her up and took her for a 50 mile drive at 4am.. Needless to say it was amazing! Had the roads all to myself and it was a nice brisk night. It couldnt have gotten any better... until I checked my mail and the $2300 dollars in parts I ordered was waiting for me there! Lets just say Im going to be mighty busy over the summer tricking this bike out! Ill be posting before and after pics of everything on here.. Just so you can get a feel for what all has been going on.

Thanks guys! Yeah the fairing is the sharkskinz one... Its really nice.. Ive always liked the full faired look.. The only thing is the paint... I have something pretty spectacular in mind though! Should be done in the next month or two... depending on how busy I am with work and all that... yall know the deal Im sure

Well I spent a good 4 hours today doing some mods to the bike... got some good before and after pics of most of it all... I changed out the levers, mirrors, put a new seat retention in, swapped out for a K&N filter, and did an open airbox conversion with breather reroute! What a great day! Pics will be up in a jiffy... and there is much more to come in the next week or so...

I spent a good five hours today working on the bike... got some of the major things done... I installed HID's for the high and low beams, installed a muller clutch assembly and did the rear brake conversion.

I dont have pics of the HID's or the muller, but I can say the the HIDs are amazing! and the muller makes a noticeable difference in clutch pull... everything seems to be running much smoother now!
