Fork slip pics

Got a 09 xb12r need to lower it for old lady. Guna get a scg rear and want to slip the front. Anyone got pics and instruction on how to do this and how much it will lower it?

Got a 2009 xb12r and looking to slip the forks but they look to be tapered just under where the factory position is. Which would not allow me to do this. Has anyone done this to this year?
