Found a strange thing

I found this, it says it's a buell exhaust system s011002A8 for buell xb series motorcycle models. I was trying to figure out what it is and if it is worth anything or should I just recycle it. I put a link to a picture, it appears to be in good condition, I don't know anything about motorcycle mufflers

splashy...new, those can go for $360 depending what site you look at
check out surdyke.com, newcastleHD, LSHD1.com, kutterHD, latusHD,
to compare prices new...to gauge what you should ask for it, though the pic you provide doesn't show much wear and tear...

You will never find someone at this point in time that would spend anywhere near $300 for a stock can.

Stock can $75 - $125 is the average price you see them going for.

Its also for an xb9 for reference.

I wouldn't pay more than $100 given pristine condition.
