Front rotor question

Is it normal on a 03 XB9R for the front rotor to wiggle. I was looking at it earlier and happened to push in on it and it moves in and out a little. It seemed like it did that all the way around in between each bolt holding it on. Hopefully this makes sense, is this normal?

Yes, it is a floating rotor.
