2010 xb12scg with 2400 miles on it.bought it as a demo with 1400miles.I asked stealership about tick in front end i was told it was the new brake system and not to worry.the tick is now louder and has picked up afew more ticks with the tire in the air turning it slowly i can feel the ticks when holding lower fork leg at axle on left side but not on the right side. what do you think about this ?

I have a 2010 XB12R with just over 500 miles on it. I noticed a tick on mine as well. I am fairly sure its because of the larger rotor. On my old bike i got a larger aftermarket rotor and it made a similar noise with bothered me at first too. I was told to just make sure that everything is connected up properly and that to also make sure the it is wearing properly... Thats my experience with it. Was the tech at the dealership not very trust worthy? I take everything they say with a grain of salt as well.

well the tick got louder so i drove it over to my local dealer.they told me what i was thinking all along WHEEL BEARING is bad and they said they would have to order one and it would be here in7 to 10 days.so i drove it home at a slow speed and started calling around to find one and i did. drove 2.5hrs in car to get it. that dealers parts guy worried me when he said he sells alot of the front wheel bearings these things suck low grade and made in north korea.I am now looking into a upgrade brand.Napa carries one SKF but its made in china

I´v ordered from ebay NACHI bearings made in japan.
Suposed to be some of the best bearings on the market :D

those are a good brand! how much did they run you and how did you go about ordering them. any info would be great
