frustated to read ECM

I almost frustrated to connect my computer to ECM. No body can do that. Even Harley dealer (beacuse Harley didn't sell Buell, I am the only one Buell rider in my country, Indonesia).

I think I just want to purchase new ECM. But according to some one, I still have to connect the ECM to computer, to set it up, even it's programed. is it true?!

Please somebody help me to make sure.

depends on what year your bike is, 08 and later, no you don't need a computer to change ECM, 07 and earlier, yes someone needs to hook it up to computer to reset Throttle Position Sensor
