Where is the fuel filter located on the 03 blast?
I cannot seem to locate it? My bike keeps dieing on me. I cleaned out the tank. Replaced air filter, changed the oil, replaced the spark plug. Only thing i can think of is that the fuel filter needs changing. But cant find it!!!

Would that cause it to just shut down on me, like its out of gas? Bc thats what has been going on, and once it does, it takes several minutes to start back up, if its going to.

And not to sound dumb, whats it look like? I am a newbie to mitorcycles period, just got my cert to be able to and this is my first bike all together. Im ignorant to all of it right now. So please hang in there with me.

It will cause that and many other problems. locate the airbox, attached to the back of it is the carb, attached to the carb and the engine is the black rubber intake boot. in the picture below its the piece with the clamps.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone whom assisted in helping me. I took all advice, and got it running properly. I took off the float bowl and sprayed the carb and bowl down with carb cleaner. I reseated the carb better into the intake. I dropped the petcock and sprayed the filter and the petcock with carb cleaner. I added a couple of oz of seafoam to some fresh 93 octane. I ran the bike around the block a few times to start circulating the seafoam, annd let it sit over night. I started the bike back up this afternoon, and man WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! It runs smoother, starts up faster, and does not want to stop once i hit the throttle! So again, thank you to all of you for the help! Yall have been awesome in helping this cherry rider and buell owner out!!!
