Full exhaust question

Hello I'm new to post here but have been looking around for a long time. I recently got a 2004 XB12R bone stock. The guy I got it from also has a XB12S and offered to trade me his full exhaust set up for my stock. He says it's too loud for him he wants the quiet stock system. He doesn't know anything about the system on his S, says it's a custom deal. What do you guys think? Here are some pictures of it and one of my new bike.

Well, I'd Probally Be Interested In It! Carbon Fiber Can, Spring Compressed Pipes, But Those Header Wraps Need To Go. Kinda Looks Like What I Have Been Wanting For A Long Time. Looks Like The Jardine RT-1 Can From My 06.. Been Wanting Another But I Can't Tell For Sure If That Is Exactly What It Is Or Not. ........ ALSO IF YOU DO TRADE I WOULD ONLY TRADE CANS KEEP YOUR PIPES CAUSE THEY LOOK TO BE IN BETTER SHAPE!

Just my thoughts, that after market system looks like crap. The header wrap was not done even remotely close to right. Your stock exhaust looks as clean as it could possibly be considering the miles/age. I suggest you decline his offer and hit up d_adams for an exhaust.

My 2 cents...it's custom headers and a Jardine exhaust...I'd keep your set up. Your headers and exhaust look flawless. I'd buy a setup yourself instead. Jus my 2

yours is the stock bolt in the 3rd picture??? and youre thinking about taking the exhaust from the first two pictures?

just my opionion, looks very rough and looks like its seen many hard miles. since your asking for opinions, my opinion would be not to make that move. just my opinion!

Those are Force headers and a Jardine can, not bad but too bad it has a Jardine.

The bike I got or the XB12S? Man after reading all this I guess I'll pass on it. It was the free vs $400 (at the low end) for exhaust that was making me want to swap him. I'll look at d adams stuff.

This Is What My Bike Has. Newer Version Of The Pipes? Needs Cleaned But Thinking About Getting Rid Of The Can And Getting Straight Pipes Made. IT'S TOO DAMN QUIET!

FireNetSales - sell it as a whole unit before you cut it up, that's a Ti-Force that's no longer made.
