gravel roads suck!!!

These scorpion syncs throw dirt everywhere I live on a gravel road and it's a 1.1 mies of gravel to my house i even idle in 1st gear the entire time.

gets in the scoops

over the rear fender likes to collect on the oil dipstick too have to blow it off with an air gun before I check the oil.

Goodness you need a little vaccuum with a really small nozzle for daily cleanups. That sand can and will wreak havoc once it gets into crevaces where it does not belong.

I've been doing a good was every couple days most of it blows off once I hit pavement. Does anyone think more of a street tire would keep the dirt down better than these dual sport tires?

I hear ya, I live on a dirt road too. But mine is only a little over half a mile long. I idle out in first gear but the bike is still covered in dust by the time I get to the end. Especially the wheels. So I hit the car wash everytime I go out, can't stand dirty wheels.
