wondering if anyone has done or attempted to remove the mirror glass from the mirror housing on the firebolts and how they did it if you were successful at it?

why do you need to remove the mirror glass? did it get cracked or what??

do a google search for how to remove a (vehicle) mirror glass.

the 1125 mirrors come apart easier after you immerse the glass (not the whole thing) in boiling water
