I called in and purchased a full set of race bodywork for my TLR several years back. I called in to check on progress a week later and they said they had not received an order for TLR bodywork and so input the order to their system.
Three weeks later, I receive 2 sets of bodywork on my porch and of course I was charged for 2 sets as well. I called and spoke with the manager explaining a simple misunderstanding and wanting to get a return label and refund for the extra fairing I didn't order.
He was a butthole from the start and told me I'd have to return the second set on my own dime and they'd do a refund once they receive it. So I shipped it back.
Once it arrived there, I called back in and spoke with him. He told me this whole mess what my fault and to F*&k off -the dude was literally yelling at me and cussing. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I never received my refund for the bodywork nor a reimbursement for my return shipping - $800+
This company needs to go down hard [mad]
