Has anyone made their D&D louder?

I would like my D&D to be louder. Does anyone know what the internals are like on one of these?

the internals aren't much, the only real way to get much louder would be straight pipe it.

Nvm found out the D&D is leaking at the header. Maybe why it sounds like caca
