Headlight ?

Does anyone know a conversion # for the HD 67713-86 headlamp bulb to other manufactures? I am trying to find a cross reference # for it so I can track down and get a newer style lamps housing that could fit in the stock houseing that have a replaceable bulb in it like an H4 bulb so I could easily convert it to and HID....because the stock lamp output SUCKS!!!

ok...I have found that our lamp is a H6024 type bulb
so I orded a hella lamp that uses an h4 type bulb
(I wanted an all glass and metal lamp housing) but
cheeper plastic ones can be easily be found also
and i already have an h4/hid kit so I will let you
all know how it turns out...It sould be a great option for awsome light output for around a $100

I finished the conversion last night pretty easy to do and I got great light output results! and was able to do the hole conversion for around $100

Hella lamp H6024 $65
DDM tunning 35w HID kit $30 (6000K)

2006 and later Blasts have the H4 bulb as a stock item.

Is that standard 6000k or bi xenon?

standard... I have used them as hi low but really haven't seen a real plausible difference to warrant using them because the low beam is plenty on its own + I like to set my bikes up so that the lamp is off on low and on during hi beam.

Installed 8000 k bi-xenon kit today. Had to cut 1 1/2 hole in back to fit base. Will post pics when I get a chance.
