Help! 18'' X 8.5'' RIM

I cannot find where i can purchase the 18'' x 8.5'' rim to complete my 240mm tire swap and chain drive conversion i have searched all over the internet with no luck please help any suggestions?

You dont buy the rim, you send in your wheel to get it cut and welded. 300fatcycles or grandstanddesigns can do it.
