Hey guys...I have some extra money to spend on my bike finally. Here's what I am thinking.....

So far I have a hawk exhaust, reprogrammed ECM, K&N, and chopped grater....

I want:

Bar ends....Not sure what kind, thinking CRG...are they worth the money?
Piazzo Shorty levers
RSS
XBLights with integrated signals
50Dro sliders
New front blinkers....any suggestions?
New grips...suggestions?

Any other "must haves" I should think about getting before any of this? You all are the experts, so I take your opinions seriously. Thanks!

CRG bar ends are the best IMHO. I have the folding type 3" diameter on the Buell and my VRCDX. I would have them on the Ultra but with heated grips can't be done. The old saying " you get what you pay for". Its true.

If i had to choose one from your list id go with the integrated XBlight all the way, i have it on mine and is one of my favorite mods ive done so far besides exhaust.

Great list so far! Thanks for including us on it! ;) I assume you mean our axle sliders? We make case sliders too as well as a pretty sweet front pulley cover too for your bike that you may want to consider. We can knock a few bucks off if you wanted all 3...

If you're still running the OEM handlebars you may want to consider a Renthal or Protaper replacement. I have the Renthal Streetfighter bars on mine and it's one of my favorite mods (especially for the low investment).

Have you also considered the ASV levers? I've been eyeing those up. Check Motomummy.com out for those.

I run front blinkers from Cyclegear. LED blinkers You could probably find similar on Ebay etc for even less. Get the LED blinker relay from your local auto parts store to adjust the blink rate.

Good luck! Check out our site when you're ready to order!

Thanks for the input, everyone!

Those levers look pretty sweet, and the blinkers are exactly what I am looking for! If I have enough left I will definitely go for all three of your products, 50dro. I am definitely getting the axle sliders, though.

What is the difference in those handlebars from stock? I have heard of people changing them out, but am unsure of the benefit.

The best way I can explain it is that they provide a "slightly lower" and more "elbows out" stance. I always felt that the stock bars pushed my elbows to my sides too much and put my wrists in a somewhat uncomfortable position. These are more aggressive without a drastic riding position change. I didn't want to go to a Crossroads bar or loose the overall comfort of the upright position of the bike...Plus they were black and NOT chrome! :p

Maybe get a Right Side Air scoop. It has really helped keep my bike cooler and the fans dont turn on half as often as they used to.

Rizoma thick walled handle bars are great. I don't feel any of the vibration I use to get with my bike (stock bar)...the numbness....etc. If you like the look of the Rizoma grip and don't want to pay the price tag...Driven has a variety of grips similar, but way cheaper...and they have the matching bar ends. Work great.
