help with ECMSPYTAPS reset in New Orleans area??!

Hi, just wanted to post up a request to see if there's anyone lurking here in the New Orleans area that has ECMSPY and a cable that would be willing to do a TPS reset on my '03 xb9s because I don't have a PC or android phone....(all apple stuff)....This bike of mine had been sitting for an unknown number of years, I have it running now, but the idle dips/wanders and then stalls, plus doesn't seem to return to idle as quickly as it should (I have a 96 S1 that idles back down very quick) In the meantime, should I just ride it some more and see if it clears up?

Also, would just installing a new TPS from autozone be recommendable?
