Hiding fuse boxes/ECM???

Has anyone changed the location of both fuse boxes and the ECM from under the front fairing of an '03 XB9R? I want to remove the front fairing and install a new single headlight and I have a 1 1/2" round speedo on the way. However without the fairing I haven't been able to figure out where to tuck the "extras" away. Thanks in advance for any help.

Under the airbox or making space under your tail is about the only place.

Or you can get a Lightning harness, which moves all that stuff to under the seat. You would have to cram it all in the luggage box under the back seat. All it leaves up front is the ignition, gauges, and horn

It all fits under the seat but the harness is short.

That was my original plan but I think I'm going to chop the back end off and go with a new seat eventually, so I'm going to have a guy I know fabricate a new headlight assembly that I designed that'll be real sleek, just big enough to hide the fuses/ECM/horn...hopefully it'll work out the way I'd like it to. Figuring out this wiring for the new speedo without taking apart the stock terminal for the stock gauge cluster is turning out to be more complex then originally anticipated. Thanks for the help though, any advice is greatly appreciated.
