Here's how I made my own set of seat pins for the 1125R for less than $2.
I went to Home Depot and picked up two hex bolts, size M6-1.0 x 40 MM, and a pack of two 1/4" hitch pins.
First thing I did was install the bolts into the subframe with the seat in place so I could mark were to drill my holes in the bolts.
Then I put the bolt in the vice, but a drill press is highly recommended. I used a center punch to put a divet in the bolt so my drill bit wouldn't walk on me.
I drilled the holes to 0.063" at first and then opened them up to 0.086". Make sure to use some lube to keep the bit from dulling and breaking.
After the holes were drilled I reinstalled them into the subframe making sure to line the holes up in the direction i wanted them. I recommend front to back. I put them in before cutting them to length so I could use the bolt head to get them in good and tight.
I used a high speed cut-off wheel to cut the bolt to length and then test fit the pin.
I used a small file to clean the pin up, and then reinstalled the seat. I plan on making some small lanyards for the pins soon, but I didn't have the parts on hand to make them.
I did have to do a little bit of filing on the plastic seat tab, just to make it easier to get the pins in and out.
