How-To - Posting URLs & YouTube Vids on BuellXB

If you don't have a Scripted Window Blocker or it's turned off, follow this 1st post. I've found it faster, for me anyways, to do it as shown in the 2nd post below this one. Both accomplish the same thing though.


Click the "URL" Button:

Copy/Paste entire Web address into the first User Prompt Box and hit "OK":

Choose a title for the URL. What you enter in this Prompt Box is what will be shown in the Post - Click "OK".

To ensure you have a working link, Preview the Post and test it.

I didn't really want to turn off the Window blocker so this is what I do now. It's faster for me than the above.



Press the "URL" button:

Now Copy/Paste entire Web address so that the it replaces the first "Null":

Now replace the 2nd "Null" with whatever title you choose and wish to be shown in the post:

As above, to ensure you have a working link, Preview the Post and test it.

Here's how to Post up Youtube Videos. Again there are 2 methods, use whichever you find the easiest as they both accomplish the same thing.



Click the "Youtube" button:

Go to the Youtube Web Address and "Copy" whatever happens to follow the " = " sign in the web address:

Then "Paste" that code into the User Prompt Box:

Preview Post to ensure it's working:

And Here's the other method for posting up Youtube Vids.



Click the "Youtube" Button

"Copy" the Embed code that follows the " = " sign in the Youtube Web Address:

"Paste" that, replacing the "Null" with the Embed Code:
