The only special edition that I was aware of was the racing stripe edition. So this guy adds a gas cap and all of the sudden the price when up by $5k? No, I don't think so.

Yup only 250 made for the US market. Jap market got a little different version but only in a limited run also. I bet my brother would actually sell his for that too

It doesn't matter to us at least but the collectable market likes this stuff and in time even that price will seem like a bargain. Got to think long term. Again its probably not for everyone. In time any stock Buell will bring money. Patience is the key.
Also EBR stock keeps going higher with every review and every victory on the track. I am not selling mine
until I'm seventy, I'll buy a new bike with my investment if I can even ride then.

Its all value speculation just like it is in the classic car market. It all depends on what all the rich old guys will pay for them.

People that build classic cars wouldnt ever give 60,000 for a restored car just like we wouldnt give 8000 grand for a wore out Buell.
