well I decided not to drive home from work, not sure if it's because I'm lazy or just that I don't want to pay for the gas. But I found a great way to spend my evening

Netflix and projector :D

looks like tonight is movie night at the lab :p

Very nice! Although I am not sure an infinity sized screen with classroom seating can beat my 22" while in bed.

I'm actually in a conference room where we hold meetings, and these chairs are amazing. I don't do a whole lot of sleeping so the bed doesn't matter much to me. and I think the desplay is only about 7'

.. think they'd get mad if I brought in surround sound?

Ive spent some time on netflix at work..although it was on my phone..you def have the better setup. Growing Op is a decent one on there I recently watched and if you like stand up check out Nick Swardson's:"Seriously, Who farted?" its hillarious.

Im with ya Wolfo. I have an 80mile trip each way... every day Monday to Friday.

My netflix suggestion is the walking dead if you haven't watched it already and have been watching the second season... its an amazing show. And for stand ip you gotta watch "chewed up" by Louis CK. Effing hilarious.

haven't started the walking dead yet, I've watched just about all the stand up they offer though. I wish they brought showtime back, I'm a season behind on dexter

Never watched dexter. Heard it was really good just never had a chance I guess. I have started watching true blood. I dig those type if shows. That one especially cause there ****s [up]

there are ****s on dexter too lol.
and apple, I normally ride my buell til the snow falls but due to certain mishaps it's torn apart in my garage. and I still have to fill up every day if I take the bike.

Yeah walking dead is awesome [up] Haven't seen season 1 yet but I heard it was only six episodes...

I work at a university doing research. I'm not married though murphy so I don't have that reason, seemed to have dodged that bullet twice now. the only reason I haven't moved closer to work is so I live near my daughter even though I only get to see her on the weekends. and child support payments are nuts.

honestly all I've been doing lately is compiling data for figures that are going into a paper I'm trying to get published. which I probably could do from home, but I have a grad student that I'm pretty sure couldn't navigate it's way out of a parking lot without help, so I try not to be away too long. I was sick monday and the student literally was talking with my PI (boss) from the time he got into his office til the student went home 6 hours later. I literally have to tell this student how to use a pipetter every single day.
