Looking to buy soon and just curious what the cruising rpm in top gear is at 60, 80 and 100? Thanks guys.

60 is around the mid threes on my XB12R. I will see if I can get you the other info at 80 and 100.

80 pry close to 3800 to 4000 and 100 maybe 4200 to 4500

[up] thats what mine runs at. 70mph about 3400 or so 80 about 3800-4000, 90 about 4400. this puts me criusing around 75mph. Never really cared for keeping anything reved higher than 3500 for long periods of time.

You didn't specify what model you were looking at.

1125's run around 4000 in 6th at 70 mph. Never topped mine out yet, but in 5th, 148 mph is redline or 10.5k. I've had it up to 155 or so but that's it.
Slowest speed I can run in 6th is about 35 mph or 2100 rpm.
