Input on upgrades

I installed Jardine RT1 and K&N on my 09 firebolt xbr12. I would like peps advice on the Race ECM from E.B.R! Times are tough don't have alot of $ and I don't need a super fast bike but I think the bike runs crappy stock(bloging and delayed throttle responds)! I have not rode it yet since upgrades do to winter of coarse. What is my best bet? Will it make the change that I need or should I keep stock ecm?

Tune your stock ecm, way cheaper than the ebr ecm and it''l be specific to your bike. Sign up for a class from theoctopus, he will teach you how to do it all.
