Inquiry: Replacement Brake Pads & Seller(s)

Salutations,

I have a 2009 Buell 1125r.

I need to replace my front & rear brake pads; I went to research doing so on the internet and found to many different sellers and different types of pads and would like to receive some input on what type to buy and where to get them from. The prices are all over the place. I bought both the owners manual & shop service manual, & the electrical Shop manuals, but they have not arrived as of yet. So, I figured it couldn`t hurt to ask here who & who not to buy from, and what to buy. The bike will mainly be used for street riding and occasional track use, just to teach my son.

I wrote a previous post about my front brake locking the front wheel up, and got some very good advice. My back brake pad are just about done & my front brake has a pulse to it, so much that if you were a jelly fish you would rock back an forth. Please advise .. thank you.

I personally purchased all of my brake stuff from americansportbike.com and didn't know much about the different options. Al at ASB was more than willing to explain all the different options and the pros and cons of each. Buellparts.net is also an option, it's always nice to support the forum sponsors.
