my thoughts are having rebuilt and/or tuned a minimum of 1000 Keihin CV carbs thru the years for various H-D applications.....these gizmos and add-ons are snake-oil offerings. a properly tuned and jetted CV carb on a solid H-D motor carburetes beautifully when done correctly.

In boysens defense, a quick shot on a race bike made a big difference. At least on my yamaha it did
