Greetings from Barcelona I hope you all are doing well. I kindly ask for your help on figuring out what could be happening to my 08XB12. She is with my trusted mechanic and the intitial task was to fine tune a custom map we had done. She was running fine except low revs where she was too rich. We decided to start from scratch as she had a twin cycle rwvcing map as a base. She has Sebring and k&n filter. No valve.
Well the issue we are relying to figure out is that after we load the revised map she works fine for a couple of days then the low rev fuel goes wild. Adding too much fuel. No error codes, all sensors checked and OK. What could be causing this? Where do we need to start looking? Ecm damaged? Grounds somewhere not working properly? Fuell pump?
Before we start dismantle the whola bike I wanted to hear your recommendations.
