Hello all I would like to formally introduce myself. I have been quietly watching from the background for the last year or so. I would like to thank everyone for their posts as they have helped with the decision of what to purchase, what to look out for and what to change to make the ride more enjoyable. I purchased an 2009 XB9SX last April 6000 miles on it and didn't think it was worthy of to show off until now. Have made several changes and perf. upgrades based off what has been suggested by so many other XB riders, and some upgrades that are almost impossible to find on here. By looking at the bike with the exception of the gauges it no longer looks like an CityX. Here are the mods I've done, Metzeler M7RR tires, chopped tail, Renthal bars, Torque Hammer Stage 1 kit from TWIN Motorcycles in the Netherlands, Asv Levers,5o Dro sliders, Right Side Scoop,Knight performance pegs, Aprilla Mirrors, Headlight Mod both on, on high beam, and breather reroute with hidden homemade catch can, stripped the hand shields, the headlight mesh and stock turn signals. Will include pics as soon as I can figure out how.
