Is there a big reliability difference between a 2002 and 2003?

I found a 2002 that is a few hours away that I can pick up for $1100 and there is a 2003 that is also a few hours away for $1500. Is there a big difference in the reliability between those two years?

need more info such as milage, title status.. Plus it all depend on how many owners there were; better chance that it could have been abused.
