Jardine, k&n, with Ebro race ECM trouble

I have an 08 with ebr ECM, jardine, and k&n filter. It runs pretty rough and like to cut out at throttle roll on and off idle. I don't know how to do any of the stuff I have read on the forum with any computer programming. I bought the bike this way and wonder if there is any other way to get it remapped without doing it myself. Any thoughts. I have the stock ECM. Can I just put it back on?

Since it is a EBR ECM you might be able to call and see if you can get some support from them otherwise I would talk to tuniversity.
