jardine rt-1 cf repack instructions

I got the repack kit from jardine (who apparently cant answer phones or return emails) but no instructions. it seems pretty straight forward but im not sure how to wrap the baffel. just twist er up like a hooter? Or should I cut an wrap so the ends of the packeing material meets end to end, then again until I fill up the can? any tips you have would be app.

I over lapped mine. It worked good cuz the can is an oval shape and filled it up better. The parts mgr. sold me the kit. (bought at a local Moto cross shop). Smart dude he said to just use masking tape to hold it in place and it just burns off. Worked like a charm

ya i had the same problem with Jardine customer service. low grade.

cool thanks ill roll it up and see how she sounds.my kit came with some string wich I guess is ropeing matetial I guess thats to tie it in place?
