Hey guys, I haven't been around much for the past few months in preparation for my deployment to the middle east in the near future. I was browsing through and came across some cool stuff and some disheartening stuff. The rigging of the giveaways?!?!?!? if you don't win stay persistent I have entered almost every single giveaway and done the multiple entries every time and only recently won. I don't think it's rigged and shame on you for even mentioning it. something's can be left unsaid especially when it's about people who are benefiting the forum out of love for the Buell. The shirts and hoodies to write ups and knowledge. but moving on.

THANK YOU BUELLXB, HAWK PERFORMANCE, XTREME, and the GIVEAWAYS. I finally got to ride Dorothy good an hard with my new HAWK pipe. OMFG it was awesome, i could feel it in the top end and the sound turned some of my fellow riders from Buell haters to drooling dogs. My ride (200 miles) was a bit wild. We ended the day with 105 in a 70 tickets. That was after we ran from the trooper for 30 mins down back roads and ended up trapped in a dead end country road. Luckily the trooper was a rider and i think he had as much fun chasing as we did running. We did not get locked up or bikes impounded simply huge fines to pay (but will not go on our record) and set free.

Lastly the tear down for the turbo build has begun. We are having wiseco make some 8:1 pistons and we're gonna port/polish the inside beef up gaskets and all the little bits. will keep you posted as it goes but i will be out of country so it's gonna be slow to relay as my buddy will send me pics and updates as the work progresses. our end goal will be turbo pushing 140-150hp and keep the torque under 100. I understand that will be tough and the turbo can create in the 120-130's for torque but i don't really feel like drifting every corner i enter. end goal add turbo and more power but keep it dependable in the corners. we're going to play with the SS swing arm and chain drive on my S not sure how much of a difference it will really make but time will tell. final stages will be a firebolt tail and some paint on the frame and rails. let the fun begin!

In closing it's great to be a member of this forum and I hope all memebers new and old can keep it classy. - Rob

Sounds like you had fun. Wish you well on your deployment, hope you come back safely. Thanks for all you do.

Post up pics of the progress as you can. I know it can be tough from another country with limited access to the internet, but do what you can!

awesome project you've got going [up]

glad you were also able to have some fun and wreak havoc on Dorothy before your deployment..

godspeed brother Bueller and come home safe
:)

Best of luck and shoot as many rounds as possible. Better to have shot to many than bit enough. ;)

Have a safe deployment and come home proud for all you've done ! Thank you for your service and tell all your fellow soldiers the Buell brotherhood thanks them as well ! [up]

Godspeed and stay safe on your deployment. A word of advice, avoid being around any second lieutenants, they will either get you killed or hurt.

Thanks guys, i definitely plan to come home just the same as i leave. rounds will be fired and i will continue to remain invisible to bullets! They just can't find me! The best part of running from that trooper, other than getting away with my bike and out of shackles, was watching my buddy on a ZX12 with an 8-inch stretch layin down on a barely single lane crumbling country road with plenty o twists and banks. He's an old head with decades of riding experience and it showed the way he man handled that bike. wish i had a video camera mounted it would of been a hell of a thing to show off.

That is an A-plus post, Nuage. Glad the trooper had a sense of humor and you didn't end up in the hoosegow. Come home in one piece, with your wits about you. We'll save a place.
