I just got my bike at the end of Jan. and have not put a single mile on it because of the Minnesota winter and working. but have already done a couple of mods. I did the duel headlight, took out the spacer for front turn signals, and chopped the rear fender. You can blame it on this sit. LOL. But you can say it was worth it.

This is whats left of my chop.

DANG! What happened?! I can't for the life of me figure out how that took place.

Did you go down?

I think my rear suspension was set to soft so me being 220 lbs and the big pot hole i ended up running over compressed it in to my tail chop that i did.[down][sad]

My first thought was wow that hangs close to the tire then I scroll down and bam too close to the tire... Sorry for the bad luck man... you might try angle it out or in more.. good luck with the future moding the bike looks great.

Thanks. I was to excited to ride it for the first time. I did not look it over. If I never failed then I never would succeed.

True...words to live by. I want to know how you fabbed that .45 casing into what I am assuming is an LED light. That is GANGSTA SON!!!!! (I couldnt resist).

your idea was great, although by the pic of the tail when installed i thought it looked really close to the tire. that sucks it happened but at least it wasnt anything worse. mods are quite addictive watch out

Thanks guys. I have a lot of ideas. The 45 casing just kinda happened had the led in my pocket when i went to the range. it happened to fit tightly in to the case. got home drilled a hole in it to let light through and done.

that 45 case over the led is sweet my have to copy that i shoot uspsa and idpa 45 and 40 i always have extra brass.
Sucks it got torn up.
you really dont need a plate light just notch out the bottom under the tail light or drill a few holes unless your going to the factory led light

I drilled the undertail...it worked great. Im not good with electronics and making lights and things. I would like to learn more though sometime. I have BAD luck with wires hhaha
