just took my bike for a ride..into my living room!

i just got tired of waiting for a warm enough day to take my bike out for a quick spin,so i just rode it into the house,put it on the stands,hooked up the battery tender. and im now sitting here and thinking what i can do to it while were bolth stuck in the house all winter.
just ordered the hidden brembo kit, the new custom dash, a new set of tires with a 190/50 rear.
hmm..maby chrome the rims or black chrome or polish the outeres and cast blast the centers to match my cobra...paint the extra plastic set with some custom airbrushing or stripes...it going to be a long winter.

Dont say that! I want a short winter!!! I just put on a 190-50 rear and love the way this thing rides. But these 24 degree morning are just not as much fun as I wish. I hear you on winter plans though...just need to figure out what I want to order and do to this thing first.

you suck!, i cant wait to move away from this frozen hell and use my bike everyday.
there is a nut on my street that tricks me everyday,he rides his big road king by every morning and i wake up and think it warm enough to ride,i look out and see him driving down the street in the snow ,rain,anything. i tryed to be like him and take my super moto out and make it to the end of the driveway!
so i just sit here with my bolt watching tv,she seems to like shows about sturgis.

Sounds like fun!!!! But say no to Chrome! Go with a paint or powder coat. Chrome looks funky on our bikes. Just my Opinion[smirk]

i did them last winter ,i went from amber to black with wheel paint spray bombs and put a red reflecive stripe. they look good and lasted all year with no problems. but im a custom painter ,i can spray them in a good hok base/clear and stripe it myself. but i am thinking something different ,no chrome,just polished and the centers dark cast iron flat.or re spray them in a metallic black..who knows,i like the black ,i had chrome on all my other bikes and i got sick of cleaning them. powder coat is great but way over rated.
