Latus Mororsports RANT!!!

Roughly 2 weeks ago I purchased a set or Buell Switchback Riding boots fom Latus Motorsports in Oregon from their ebay sales on 8/15/12. Being that Im out of state working It never crossed my mind to check the shipping status to see if they had been delivered since I wasnt home. Long story short UPS tracking shows they were delivered in Turner Oregon on 8/16/12................I live in TX........WTF. Google maps shows the drop off town only 1 hr from Latus in Gladstone OR. Its driving me nuts that I cant call them either due to the holiday weekend.

If I remember correctly there were only a couple pairs of those boots left, right? Maybe they gave you the wrong tracking number, and that belonged to another customer?

Not sure.....Mine should have showed at my freinds house and he hasnt seen them....

Latus emailed me and Admitted to having several tracking numbers
Mixed up with the wrong customer. They asured me that the shipping address was correct even though they gave me the wrong tracking number. Now they are looking into why I have not received my boots yet. If they do not turn up they will refund me my money. [up]

I applaud their cust survice even durring a national holiday weekend.

I live just 30 min from them. Glad that got back to you cause normally they are pretty good about service...... and Buells

Issue resolved! Boots found.! They were left at a neighbors house that was out of town for the past week. So they have just been sitting on the porch out of sight from passers by. I'm just happy they made it!
