Used 3m tape and small 1/8 aluminum stock to make risers for phone case to clear fork nut. Also mounted power to right of keyhole and wired to headlights for power.

thats BA i saw someone on here wanted to do a thing with a iphone or a itouch that was integrated into the speedo and **** it was sic. does yours double as speedo or tach

What exactly did you do with it? Is it tape, 1/8th aluminum, tape, then the phone? I wouldn't mind finding somewhere to mount my phone on my lightning, just so I could see if I had missed any call or if I wanted to use the GPS it has when I'm out and randomly get lost.

Yes, Tape, aluminum strip or any none rust-able material would work. Then tape and cheap bottom of phone case. I found my clear case on ebay for $3.00 shipped! I then painted it white on the bottom. Make sure to use nice, thick ,3m double sided tape for exteriors. Sold in any kmart our wal-mart in the auto isle. Works great! Here is a side shot! If you are in the Wisconsin area I can do custom l.e.d. work, paint, air-brushing and metal fabricating on your Buell. Most of the work I do in the winter. The other 3 seasons Im out riding! So catch me when you can. Cheers and happy modding!

"There's an app for that!" Yes I have speedo, dyno, and everything in between on my phone. No wiring. Its all G.P.S. my friend. On the dyno app you do have to enter weight of vehicle and such. Its moderately accurate but not exact. It is however fun and cool to look at.

Looks good. I don't think I'd use my phone there all that often, so I don't think I'd want to permanently affix a phone case there. I'll look into my options.

Looks nice I have to find a way to take off the mount though when I'm not using my phone. How did you do the wiring If you don't mind me asking.

jobe...what is the app called?? thought about this install but had no real good reason for it yet...unless i had a sweet app to run:p

If you have a Droid Phone. This is a must for all Buellers. I am installing a 600w sound system on my bike next!

Ground from cut cig. lighter bolts to bike underneath. Positive go's to headlamp. Here is a "Photo for Dummies" LOL!

The screw in the middle is the ground

The white wire is the power from the headlight. Just splice into it. The blue wire is the wire coming from positive cig lighter outlet. Good Luck!
