license plate/taillight re-locator.

hey all, first post uhh a bit about myself i am 18 y/o A-PACT in the U.S. Navy, stationed out of Jacksonville FL hometown is Panama City Beach FL, iv been riding since i can remember but never legally until now haha
so here it is.
i bought a 2000 blast for a great price and cant stand the stock license plate/rear taillight assembly. i don't want a fender eliminator just want something more... cleaner looking i guess you could say? iv searched and searched and cannot find one that fits the blast? does anyone have any info on a relocator you used or modify the stock one by chance?

Modify the stock one with a Dremel.

No one offers a plate mount, gotta DIY your own.

do you have a guide? luckily i'm pretty handy and have access to every tool known to man and some unknown

Not really, everyone does it differently. Cut it to look like you want it.
