Lifts??

Its only safe to lift it on the bracket at the back of the muffler, but even then its not the best way.

Best way I have found is hanging the front from an automotive engine lift by straps and raising the back with a swingarm lift. I also like to use a lift like this one in one of my pics. The guys at work made them to fit the lifts.

Yeah, pretty simple design and cheap to make. At the top its just two eye hooks with pull straps attached to the top triple tree. Easy to lift and level it out.
 
One of the Jap bike stores I am linked with sells them. Its just a universal rear stand. Nothing special about it.
