Had a high speed crash using another Joe Rocket helmet. Had some bruising on my head. Emailed the company on a Sunday night. By 10:30 that night, the president of the company had emailed me.
We talked on the phone three different times. He was concerned. I also talked to motogp medical experts. Conclusion was that my ability to complain instead of eating through a straw was due to the helmet doing its job.
Joe Rocket's president authorized a replacement helmet at no charge. All I had to do was meet him at a bike show, how hard was that.
So, the US and the Canadian are two different companies but Joe Rocket gave me the best customer service I've ever had.
