As it says, I lost 2 bolts, the two bolts that hold my rear brake cylinder on, behind the right rider peg. I have it zip tied so I could get home....not safe. So, what i need to know is the info about them.
1-Whats the actual term for what I lost?
2-Can i use any bolt, as long as the thread and pitch are the same?
3- Why did they fall out? 5 years, and they both go in one day? weird, i think so
4-Whats the part # for the bolts, so I can go spend $1,000,000 on 2 bolts from the stealership.....
Thank you.

The rear MC bolts to the rider brackets grommets inside so as long as you use the same length bolt and correct thread it will fit just fine.

Okay, dont really wanna wait about 10 days.......anyone on here have some and can expedite the shipping?

OR.....can someone pull one out and measure the length, and pitch etc and I'll go to a hardware store and pick 2 up...

be sure and loctite them; and get the right length or u'll end up with belt clearance issues

Anyone with a SAE measurement?
I'm at a Lowes andthey have alot of stuff, but nothing with those measurements of m6x1.0x20

Loctite is a must for Buells with all the vibrations, so be sure to loctite them as 07Bolt said, or they'll be gone again soon.
