Low Beam

Does anyone other than me feel as if the light isn't bright enough? Or should i say isn't aimed high enough?

I have an HID kit but still seems like it isn't aimed high enough!!!

Any input?

yea its deff not aimed high enough. if i remember right some people take the spoon out of the low and just have 2 high beams but with HID's i dont think its a good idea.

and my headlights rattle alot like u can wobble the individual lights on the firebolt. is that normal?

How do you get the "spoon" out? Id rather motorists bit** cause they see me than them not seeing me.

Mine move around a little but not bad only really when I hit a lovely Michigan bump!!!

has a pic of the inside of the light. its just a screw holdin it on. im not to sure how to get it apart tho.

Have you tried tightening it down? Make sure everything is all tight nothing else i could imagine unless bulb is loose making it look like the housing is loose

yea its all tight. its weird i can move them up and down with my hand like 1/4 of an inch. i dont ride at night much any way so its not a big deal but something i figured id ask.

WAIITTTT are you referring to the bulb itself your moving?

no the individual housings. they dont like rest on anything. if it wasnt dark i would take a video. the best way to describe it is like its not screwed in tight enough but i no it is because ive checked it like 100 times now trying to fix it.

Then had this to say further down

Someone on another forum said it's the hardware wearing out, he said his is the same way and he just wrapped some zip ties around the bolts to tighten it up and hold it tight in place. I'll do the same.
